Nicholas was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Nicholas and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature longsword.
