History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Scribe responsibilities is difficult; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out

History: Bernard was born with his mother's beautiful face. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
