History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. After a long history of fighting, Miles and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered dire rats who tried to eat his hand. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes.
