Personality: He is happy with his job as a Dyer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Charles was born on a far southern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dyer. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dyer for hire.
