History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Roland was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bookbinder. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'0" and tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. With a patchy black beard and wild black hair. His green eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed yellow hat.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and wants to raise his children well

Description: This light-skinned male wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his glaive with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has dyed his greying golden hair a little too much giving a sharp golden color. His eyes are likewise violet. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of drow once and for all.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and revenge

His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Wymar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is greedy; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs
