He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: The child of a Beggar, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Beggar for the past few years.
