History: He comes from a rich southern family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Glassblower arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Guard and was forced into it by his family; and an old rival family wants him found

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look. He is physically well-built. He has shaved his head bald. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. A true patriot, Cory would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to clean up the streets
