History: He was born in a small island village. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. A true patriot, Everard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Everard was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Adept, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Adept in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
