Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Wymar will drive conversation. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor.
