Description: This eastern man is abnormally tall. He sports black clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His blonde hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. After a long history of fighting, Gerald and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: To end his boredom.

Description: He wears a green costume with the symbols of the four houses of cards on his torso. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his lance, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a clover on it. His auburn hair has been sun bleached extensively. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines hazel.
Personality: He is fixated on the number 55. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.
Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety.

History: Nicholas was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Nicholas was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Actor. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Description: What flesh remains visible is marred by burns. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His red hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His green eyes peer out from beneath his top tan hat.
Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: Balimaar lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Balimaar was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a bookbinder and was forced into it by his family
