History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Kody was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kody was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Stableman for the past few years.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Ernest was born with his mother's beautiful face. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the south were limited. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
