History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He tends to his Barber job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it.

History: Roland was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mortician. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: Expand his business; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Clerebold embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the west were limited. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Miner and was forced into it by his family; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: With white face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he tends to wear a large blue jacket. His hair is long and chestnut with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small blue clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his blue eyes.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he loathes his own lifestyle
