Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a blue costume with the symbols of death on his torso. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Ruler. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Ruler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Ruler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and further expansion of business

Description: This younger middle-aged man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down, and a wedding ring on his left hand. He has no hair. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. He is physically well-built. Sporting a white mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His violet eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: The child of a Bowyer, who enjoyed hunting, John was taken on many hunting expeditions. A gifted student he started as a Bowyer, but he got bored and became a Shoemaker. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 7 years.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Anselm grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
