Personality: Don hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his poetry career. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents enrolled him in a Commoner school at a young age so that he could practice his necromantic talents. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Lance was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Beggar hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He wants revenge against giants; and retire the richest man in the north
