History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Sailor. He was granted necromantic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He loves teas. He is very sensitive about his face. To blow off anger he lifts weights and to control his otherwise explosive temper he works out a lot.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Layabout hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. Lewis is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and many drow want him driven away

History: Ernest was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. Some 7 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Ernest never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
