Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born into a rich family. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Lance fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it; and someone believes him a fraud
