Description: This man wears grey robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a halberd, but if one is not available he will default to his sai, and sports empty pouches on his belt. He has dyed his greying red hair a little too much giving a sharp red color. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: He was born in the north, but his parents moved at a very young age to the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and human compassion

Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. His brown hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Description: He wears bulky pastel painted plate armor. He has a long silver beard with little hanging trinkets. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.
Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.
History: Gilbert was born with his father's beautiful face. Gilbert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He has no hair. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.
Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.
History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and further expansion of business

Description: A stocky darker skinned man, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He has a very tight haircut. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep amber.
Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Lewis was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he has passion for adventuring and risk
