History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Tim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
