Godfrey liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: Randal is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Humans became a terror of the countryside. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Clerebold hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Knight. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Reynard enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Reynard was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
