Description: He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a shield, but if one is not available he will default to his shortspear. His black hair is unkempt and raggedy. This hazel eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.
Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.
History: Gerald was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
Motivation: A deep hatred of orcs; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of giants once and for all.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Raymond was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against giants

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he feels threatened by others

Description: Standing 5'4", this man wears a blue vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His red leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his blue boots flare out at the collars. He wears his red hair down. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are gray.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. The war was a terrible time for him, and Thomas does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
