Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Dustin was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: To be a Seamstress again.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His moppish blonde hair is in a traditional bowl cut. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his brown eyes.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.
History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Don alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He tends to his Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

Description: He is lean but muscular and has a large tan mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his pastel robe. His golden hair is greasy and uncared for. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines gray.
Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing writing.
History: Anselm hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Carpenter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage son.
History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well
