History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Reynard and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He married young, but lost his spouse to goblins. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Miller born in the past three hundred years. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Richard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Miller for the past few years.
