Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. After coming to the age of reason, Richard took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
