History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When Gilbert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gilbert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

His father taught him the rudiments of the Soapmaker arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Hugh grew up listening to his father's many stories. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Ruler father left him crippled. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Raymond embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
