Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Odo is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the east to a Blacksmith, Odo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 8 years.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers.
