History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Everard hails from a village terrorized by giants. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Personality: He hates giants. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of giants.
