History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Anthony was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
