History: Dean was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When Dean reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: Roger hails from a village terrorized by brigands. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
