Outside of the suit he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright red and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
