History: He was born in a small plains village. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Conrad hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Like his father and his brother before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Blacksmith. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Blacksmith.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Blacksmith responsibilities is difficult; and a deep hatred of brigands

Personality: He is a Ruler first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Gerald was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He became a Ruler soon after.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and expand his business

History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and doesn't want to be a hunter and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
