When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His arcane abilities were realized during a raid on his village. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: Trey was born the youngest of three triplets. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Nicholas was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
