Roger Palomarez, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he wears a green tunic with black highlights, and long red pants that bunch up around his shoes. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His fierce violet eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.
History: Born to a Painter, his father struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is his passion; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Heward Ainsley, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His chestnut hair is cut short. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by brigands. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Heward was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

Personal [hide]
Description: He has a missing left arm. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is fiercely devoted to his father, and views his father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-sister.
History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when drow swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and someone believes him a fraud
Flaws: Mundane. Bonds: Family, Religious, Enemies. Occupation: Ploughman
