Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Charles was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Cook, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Description: His right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise he appears quite healthy. He wears light armors faded through time and improper care. He has wavy auburn hair. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
