His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his violet eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He's also a talented Animal Trainer, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
