He found a children's book about a Human Wizard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Personal [hide]
Description: He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He carries with him a set of pickaxes, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Percival was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance.
