Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His brown hair is lengthy. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Reynard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.
History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Reynard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Reynard alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and someone believes him a fraud

Description: He wears a robe, a symbol of the sun god around his neck, and a bow on his belt. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Geoffrey grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This northern man tends to wear a large brown jacket. His clothes are grease stained in places. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world.

Description: He is an attractive man, lean and moderately muscular. He wears a brown coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a deerstalker hat upon his head. His blonde hair has been sun bleached extensively. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He worked as a nervous Scribe and found it very stressful. He tends to his Scribe job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He has moderate length silver hair. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Stableman business.
History: He was born into a rich family. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it
