He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Trey was raised in a hard working conservative environment. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
