History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Roland was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Outside of the suit he wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. His hair is chestnut and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Born to a Dyer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Performer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
