He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A freak accident while working with his Barkeep father left him crippled. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
