Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he usually wears his blue robe and has his club always slung over his shoulder. He wears a feathered hat to cover his moderate length black hair. His eyes are likewise amber. His teeth are white and perfect.
Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Heward's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He wears a red shirt, with a grey mid length shorts with grey tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He carries with him a set of ceremonial daggers, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. A true patriot, Solomon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Solomon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shepherd for hire.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and wants to open a new tavern

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He is frequently practicing swordplay.
History: Don hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Don was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.
Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.

Description: He is wearing a tight tan one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. He has dyed his greying blonde hair a little too much giving a sharp blonde color. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Map Maker business.
History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Map Maker arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.
Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: He is dressed in earthy colors with a black and blue handkerchief worn on his right side. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. He keeps his chestnut hair in a flapper bob. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
