History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Roland's homeland. Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bowyer but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was born in the west. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.

He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Body Guard. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
