Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a Doctor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now mingles about in high society.

His mother taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Gerald fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
