History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Born in the east to a Knight, Miles learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Fisher. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Trym and his spouse have recently divorced.
