History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Lance grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Randal was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Randal's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his music dream.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His martial abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Born in the north to a Hunter, Ralf learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and expand his business
