History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
