History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Engraver father left him crippled. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: Theobald wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Fighter, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Theobald grew up listening to his father's many stories. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theobald was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: William lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. During his travels, William and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, William discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. William fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.
