Description: An older man who sports brown clothing, slightly heavier than average wear, he is not a threatening figure. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has violet eyes.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. As long as the job gets done he does not care how it got done.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Richard took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up greatsword and armor he uses now. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Richard hails from a village terrorized by giants. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. After a long history of fighting, Justin and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he is greedy

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and to protect his home
