His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is silver, silky, and of moderate length. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Everard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. John was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: He got into the Locksmith business at a young age. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Gardener work with an outfit from a few towns over. Gardener work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Gardener for the past few years.
