Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. The war was a terrible time for him, and Justin does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Justin was born on a far western forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Locksmith. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
