Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Charles and his spouse have recently divorced.
